Pitkään odotettu sarjan avaus on vihdoin takana. Havaittavissa oli pientä ylilatausta molemmilta joukkueilta. A-Haa Team toipui kuitenkin hetimiten ja peli alkoi sujua kohtuullisesti. Kouvola tuli nuorennetulla joukkeella vanhat pelimiehet tukenaan hakemaan pelikokemusta nuorille tulevaisuuden pelaajille. Vastus vain oli tällä kertaa hieman liian kova. Voitimme ottelun lopulta 3-0 hieman alle tunnissa. Vaihteeksi sarja alkoi omalta osaltamme voitolla, vaikkei peli ollut kaunista niin olihan se tehokasta. Maininnan arvoinen asia Lepistön Juha torjuntatyöskentely, joka oli Kouvolalle täysin ohittamaton Juhan ollessa verkkokierroksella. Muiden panos oli mukiin menevä. Seuraavaan peliin onkin jo lähdettävä enemmän tosimielellä, koska vastuskin kovenee selvästi. Keskiviikkona vastaan asettuu Mulligan's ja se on meidän ensimmäinen vierasottelumme tänä syksynä.
